标准命令，获取指定的 SDR 的传感器信息。 This command the sensor record specified by ‘Record ID’.

| 字节顺序 | 域取值说明 |
|---|---|
| 1:2 | Reservation ID. LS Byte first. Only required for partial reads with a nonzero ‘Offset into record’ field. Use 0000h for reservation ID otherwise. |
| 3:4 | Record ID of record to Get, LS Byte first. |
| 5 | Offset into record |
| 6 | Bytes to read. FFh means read entire record. |
