设置expander模式（只适用于8P以上服务器）。

命令样例
设置expander模式
请求：
ipmicmd -k "0f 00 30 97 db 07 00 04 00 00 00" smi 0响应：
0f 31 00 97 00 db 07 00本例假定命令成功（完成码 00）。请求将 expander 0 的 mode 参数（00）设为单 RAID 模式（Control 00）。
