Re-negotiate power information.

| 1 | PICMG Identifier. Indicates that this is a PICMG-defined group extension command. A value of 00h is used. |
| (2) | Requesting FRU Device ID. This byte is optional. If this is present, it designates which FRU Device ID wishes to have power levels renegotiated. If this byte is not present, the Shelf Manager renegotiates with all FRUs under the requesting IPM Controller. |
