Obtain SDRs.

| 1 | Reservation ID. LS Byte. Only required for partial reads with a nonzero 'Offset into record' field. Use 0000h for reservation ID otherwise. |
| 2 | Reservation ID. MS Byte. |
| 3 | Record ID of record to Get, LS Byte |
| 4 | Record ID of record to Get, MS Byte |
| 5 | Offset into record |
| 6 | Bytes to read. FFh means read entire record. |
