Request Information

ByteData Field
NetFn30h
CMD92h
1:3Manufacturer ID, LS Byte first. The length is fixed to three bytes. For example, if the vendor ID is 2011 and the corresponding hexadecimal value is 0x0007DB, the first byte is DBh, the second byte is 07h, and the third byte is 00h.
4Sub command, sub command=71h
5:6ECCErrorIndex, LS Byte first, index of the ECC error address, starting from 0
7:8ECCErrorMaxCount, maximum number of ECC error addresses queried by LS Byte first. The value starts from 0.
9:12Reserved, reserved field

Response Information

ByteData Field
1Completion Code
2:4Manufacturer ID, LS Byte first. The length is fixed to three bytes. For example, if the vendor ID is 2011 and the corresponding hexadecimal value is 0x0007DB, the first byte is DBh, the second byte is 07h, and the third byte is 00h.
5:6TotalECCErrCount, LS Byte first, total number of ECC error addresses
7:8CurrentECCErrCount, LSB Byte first, number of ECC error addresses returned this time
9:10ECCErrorIndex, LSB Byte first, address index of the first ECC error
11Indicates the CPU ID, which starts from 0.
12DieId: indicates the die ID in the CPU. 0:VDIEA, 1:VDIEB, 4:VDIEC: 5-VDIED.
13Module ID in the CPU. 8: L3T; 9: L3D
14Cluster ID, local cluster ID in the CPU die
15SubModuleId:
When the value of ModuleId is 8, the value can be 0 (L3T0) or 1 (L3T1).
When the value of ModuleId is 8, the value 2 indicates L3 EXT.
When the value of ModuleId is 9, the value can be 0 (L3D0) or 1 (L3D1).
16ErrType: indicates the fault type. The value can be 1 (way) or 2 (buff).
17ErrId_Low: indicates the low byte of the ID of the module where an error occurs.
When ErrType is 1, it indicates WayId.
Indicates BuffId when ErrType is set to 2.
18ErrId_High: indicates the high byte of the ID of the module where an error occurs.
When ErrType is set to 1, this field is ignored and the invalid value 0xFF is filled.
Indicates the PQ ID when ErrType is 2.
19:20CECount, LSB Byte first, CE count value. Note: The value is not accumulated after overflow.
21:22UCECount, LSB Byte first, UCE count value. Note: The value is not accumulated after overflow.
23MiscInfo:
Bit 0: whether the BMC delivers soft isolation. 1: yes; 0: no
Other bits: reserved
24Resved: reserved
......-
N:16+NCPU ECC error information of group N. For details, see the definition of bit[9:24] in this table.
