This command is used to obtain the aging test progress.

The UINT64---- corresponds to a hard disk error or a memory DQ error of the first channel of the memory.
UINT8----- indicates the ECC Dq error of the first channel of the memory.
The UINT64----- corresponds to the memory DQ error of the second channel of the memory.
The UINT8----- corresponds to the ECC Dq error of the second channel of the memory.
