Queries fault diagnostic information.

| 1:3 | Manufacturer ID, LS byte first. Fixed length of 3 bytes. For example, if the manufacturer ID is 2011, the hexadecimal value is 0x0007DB, where byte 1 = DBh, byte 2 = 07h, byte 3 = 00h. |
