Obtain data of port 80.

1:3Manufacturer ID, LS Byte first. The length is fixed to three bytes. For example, if the vendor ID is 2011 and the corresponding hexadecimal value is 0x0007DB, the first byte is DBh, the second byte is 07h, and the third byte is 00h.
4Sub command, sub command=07h
50: Obtains port 80 status offset.
1: Obtains historical data.
6*Indicates the ID of the frame to be obtained.
NOTE: If the current status of port 80 is to be obtained, this byte does not exist.
Note: The asterisk (*) needs to be filled only when 80 historical data is obtained.
