Function Description
Obtain the electronic label (E-label version: 4.0) of the power subrack.

Command Example
Obtain the first frame of the E-label information of the power subrack. This command has five frames and reads 1024-byte data in total. Each time this command is executed, the nth frame of data is returned, which is determined by Frame index in the parameter description. After the queried data is converted into ASCII codes, the data is the same as that obtained by running the ipmcget -d fru command.
