Command Information
Request Information
| Byte | Data Field |
|---|---|
| NetFn | 30h |
| CMD | 90h |
| 1 | Sub command, sub command = 53h |
| 2 | Component type. For details, see the component type definition. NOTE: Currently, only the VPD data of ES3000 V3 hard disks and ES3000 V3 SSD cards can be read, and the Atlas GPU board can be used to query the installation status of hard disks and PCIe cards. The OceanStor Pacific 9950 Data cluster module supports only optical modules. 02h: hard disk 05h: NCSI adapter (reusing the drive backplane channel) 08h: PCIe card 29h: optical module 45h: Retimer |
| 3 | Component slot, which corresponds to the silkscreen. The slot numbers of hard disks start from 0 and those of PCIe cards start from 1. The slot number of the NCSI adapter (reusing the hard disk backplane channel) is 1. |
| 4 | Chip type. The value 0 indicates a block device, and the value 1 indicates a byte device. |
| 5:6 | Offset: indicates the read data offset. The value starts from 0, and the byte device is set to 0 by default. |
| 7 | Length: read length. The value is fixed at 1 byte. The default value is 1. |
| (8) | Chip information parameter. This field is optional. For details, see Table 1. |
Response Information
| Byte | Data Field |
|---|---|
| 1 | Completion Code |
| 2 | End of List, indicating whether the current data is complete. Long data may need to be read multiple times. This field is used to check whether data is completely read. [7:1]: reserved [0]: End of list 0= last data 1=middle data |
| 3:N | Indicates the data. The returned data may be less than or equal to the read length. |
