Function Description
This API is used to obtain the E-label reservation ID.

| 1 | Sub command, subcommand = 07h NOTE: Before invoking the Partial Write E-label function to write the extended E-label, you need to run this command to obtain the reservation ID. Then fill in the Partial Write E-label field. |
